We are excited to have you serve with us!

You’ll play a valuable role in making memorable experiences for our guests. Below are the steps required to register as a volunteer. Please make sure to read all the way down the bottom of the page.

Please familiarize yourself with the volunteer resources and watch the training videos provided by the Tim Tebow Foundation for Night to Shine prior to the event, and get ready for the big night!

Who can volunteer?

  • Ages 12-15: Can help decorate and help under the direct guidance of an adult. Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Must have a signed permission slip by a parent or guardian to attend. We ask that children do not run around or be loud in consideration of our guests. We also ask that volunteers under the age of 14 not be in the dance area.
  • Ages 16-17: Can help in most volunteer positions. Can be a Buddy for a similarly-aged guest, or can be Buddy with an accompanying adult Buddy for a guest age 18 or older.
  • Anyone under the age of 18 must have a permission slip signed by a parent or guardian to attend. Please contact us for one, or pick one up from the church office.
  • Ages 18 and older: Can help in any volunteer position.

We ask that you please do not bring young children to the event so the focus can remain on our Honored Guests. Thank you for understanding!

How do I volunteer?

Please follow these brief steps below to complete the registration process.

Complete a background check

If you are over the age of 18, you’ll need to complete this background check once every two years.

This is required for the safety of our guests. Your results are strictly confidential.

Please complete our background check even if you’ve completed one through another organization.

Fill out the volunteer survey

Scroll down this page to fill out the survey. You’ll let us know how to contact you and what volunteer duties interest you most.

Submit the media rights release

Please sign and send us the completed media rights release form.

The media form is a .pdf document; you will need Acrobat Reader to access it. If you need a paper form, please contact us and we can email it to you, or you can pick one up at the church office.
